The homeowners came to me with the task of lighting their front yard and facade. The neighborhood does not have street lights and is therefore very dark. They recently painted the house and wanted to highlight this at night. They also requested the path to the front door be well lit. My design concept was to make the beautiful paint job the focal point with everything else fading into the background. My solution was to provide pathlights and uplights that blended into the landscape as well as small recessed downlights in the garage soffit. The final product has well lit pathways and a beautifully lit facade.
